We have changed the format on our bulletin board. Anyone can read the updates and announcements but you must apply for membership to the bulletin board to be able to post. We have set it up this way to be able prevent the spam issues we were having with the old board. If you want to be able to post, the first thing you must do is go to www.runboard.com and join the site and get a user name. You will then need to go to the bulletin board, www.runboard.com/bwillistonhorsemans . When you try to post it will ask you to fill out an application. If you are a WHA member simply let us know your membership name and we will accept your application. If you are not a WHA member please explain in the application why you would like to have posting privileges on the bulletin board and your application will be reviewed. We will not tolerate any inappropriate posting and those who do will be banned from posting.
